UNIPOL-830 Metallographic Grinding and Polishing Machine is a manual grinding and polishing machine specially designed and developed by our company for various universities and research institutes, as well as various metallographic laboratories. It can not only polish and grind metal materials, but also polish and grind various non-metallic materials, such as crystals, ceramics, infrared optical materials (such as zinc sulfide, zinc sulfide, silicon, germanium and other crystals), glass, PCB boards, rock samples, mineral samples, refractory materials, composite materials and organic high-molecular materials. The grinding and polishing speed of UNIPOL-830 Metallographic Grinding and Polishing Machine can be adjusted infinitely, and the pressure can be controlled manually. The operation is simple and convenient, and during the grinding process, it can be directly cooled with tap water. The installation of sandpaper or polishing pads can be done using a retaining ring or by magnetic adsorption. The installation is convenient and can be selected according to personal needs, using different installation methods.

Main features
This machine can be equipped with either a clamping ring or magnetic attraction method to install the sandpaper and polishing pad, making the operation more stable. The magnetic attraction is mainly to overcome the drawback of traditional clamping that causes the polishing fabric to fold. The adhesive-coated polishing fabric is first adhered to the polishing base plate and then magnetically attracted to the magnetic sheet. Secondly, it is convenient for the replacement of the sandpaper and polishing pad.
