Ceramic Three Roll Mill with German Teflon Material Baffle Plate 

The roller of grinder is made of quality zirconia material and the baffle plate adopting German Teflon material which featuring lots of advantages, e.g. free from being affected by acid,alkali and corrosion, not reacting chemically with processing material,not polluting raw materials, enabling processing materials to reach ideal fineness, is suitable for application of various kinds of high-grade pastes such as Ag paste and Al paste for solar cells, glass soldering paste etc. The model is equipped with an independent and adjustable efficient closed cooling system for each roller; and the pressing system of hydraulic rollers can guarantee consistent and high output as well as lasting stability; and a specific roller clearance can be set in mechanical clearance adjusfing device in order to process the raw materials with high, medium or low viscosity.

The machine can be equipped with PLC control system according to the customer requirement. Advanced graphics interface touch control screen makes all operation parameters and machining process visualized, then it can automofically control the roll temperature, speed, pressure and clearance. Roller pressure and clearance adopts electronic control, ensuring the production, monitoring more precise and machining process can be repeated. It also can be equipped with remote control system according to the customer requirement.
