The MSK-PSC-SDM3030 slit extrusion type marble plate coating machine is a device used for coating the surface of sheet-like substrates. It uses slit extrusion for the coating process. The equipment is mainly composed of an extrusion mold, a coating platform, a feeding system and a control system. This equipment is mainly used for surface coating of sheet-like substrates in fields such as flat panel displays, OLED, solar photovoltaic films, polymer conductive films, wafers, etc. It is suitable for laboratories or sample lines for product process exploration and pilot production trials.

Functional Features

Precision marble coating platform, ensuring smooth operation and high precision.

The platform has substrate positioning and vacuum suction functions, supporting the coating preparation of various rigid substrates.

The coating platform is driven by a servo system, with rapid response, smooth operation, and high repeatability positioning accuracy, better ensuring coating precision.

The gap between the coating head and the coating platform can be adjusted with micrometer accuracy to ensure the accuracy of the coating gap.

The height of the coating head is fully automatically calibrated to improve experimental efficiency and avoid deviations caused by manual adjustment.

Integrated feeding system can achieve micro-level feeding accuracy, reducing waste and improving coating precision.

The feeding system is equipped with a reversing valve, and the feeding pipeline can automatically switch and clean, improving cleaning efficiency.

Optional air knife drying system, with adjustable wind direction, wind speed, and distance.

Fresh air circulation system, ensuring the cleanliness of the coating area.

PLC control, HMI operation, convenient and easy to use.

Process description
After entering the coating nozzle, the paint is evenly distributed through pressure at the outlet and coated onto the surface of the substrate, forming the target coating. The shape and size of the coating are controlled by adjusting the shape and size of the gasket. The thickness of the coating is affected by the feeding speed and coating speed. The coating accuracy is influenced by factors such as the accuracy of the nozzle, the adjustment accuracy of the nozzle, the flatness of the coating plate, the accuracy of the moving speed, the feeding accuracy, and the characteristics of the paint.
