High-precision Slit Flat Coating Machine with Vacuum Suction


The MSK-PSC-MM2020 slit plate coating machine is a device used for precise film coating on sheet-like substrates. It adopts the slit extrusion coating method and can complete the coating process for rigid substrates (such as glass). The equipment is mainly composed of an extrusion mold, a coating platform, a feeding system and a control system. This equipment is mainly used for surface coating of sheet-like substrates in fields such as fuel cells, perovskite solar photovoltaic films, and OLEDs.

Functional Features

l Precision marble coating platform, featuring substrate positioning and vacuum suction functions.

l The coating moving mechanism is driven by a stepper motor, with rapid response and smooth operation.

l The gap between the coating nozzle and the coating platform is controlled by a digital micrometer, allowing the height of the coating nozzle to be controlled within extremely small precision.

l Integrated feeding system, with high feeding accuracy, and the feeding pipeline is convenient for disassembly and cleaning.

Process description: After entering the coating nozzle, the paint is evenly discharged from the outlet and coated onto the substrate surface to form the target coating. The shape and size of the coating are controlled by adjusting the shape and size of the gasket. The thickness of the coating is affected by the feeding speed and coating speed. The coating accuracy is influenced by factors such as the accuracy of the nozzle, the adjustment accuracy of the nozzle, the flatness of the coating plate, the accuracy of the moving speed, the feeding accuracy, and the properties of the paint.

Process description: After entering the wire rod, the coating flows out after being distributed by the wire rod spiral. This forms the target coating. The thickness of the coating is controlled by the wire rod diameter. The coating application accuracy is affected by various factors such as the straightness of the wire rod, the flatness of the coating plate, and the properties of the coating.

Process description: After the coating enters the blade edge, it flows intermittently through the gap between the blade edge and the substrate, forming the target coating. The thickness of the coating is controlled by the gap between the blade and the substrate. The coating application accuracy is affected by various factors such as the accuracy of the gap between the blade and the substrate, the straightness of the blade edge, the flatness of the coating plate, and the properties of the coating.
