120C Heating Flat Coating Machine With Vacuum Pump



The MSK-AFA-HC100 sheet coating machine features a maximum coating size of 90 x 190mm. The base plate is heated to a maximum of 120℃. It can be used in a transfer chamber within a glove box. An external vacuum pump is provided. The coating thickness accuracy is ±3 μm. Optional accessories include a 80mm wide coating scraper, a wire rod, a four-sided film maker, and an extrusion scraping and compounding film maker.

Process description: After the coating enters the blade edge, it flows intermittently through the gap between the blade edge and the substrate, forming the target coating. The thickness of the coating is controlled by the gap between the blade and the substrate. The coating application accuracy is affected by various factors such as the accuracy of the gap between the blade and the substrate, the straightness of the blade edge, the flatness of the coating plate, and the properties of the coating.

Measurement method

Take 5 points horizontally and 5 points vertically in the uniform area. Use a micrometer to measure, and the measurement result accuracy is within ±3μm.

Measurement tools: Micrometer (Sanfeng micrometer, with an accuracy of 1 μm, provided by the customer)

1. The slurry state should remain stable. It should be left to stand in a sealed glass container under the coating environment for 8 hours without any changes such as sedimentation, stratification, agglomeration or caking.

2. The buyer guarantees that the viscosity, fineness and environment of the slurry meet the coating requirements.
