Application

This equipment is mainly used for atmosphere/vacuum debinding and sintering in powder metallurgy, ceramic metallization, transparent ceramics, silicon nitride semiconductors and other industries. It is suitable for vacuum sintering, tempering and annealing of metals such as copper, tungsten, titanium alloys and other refractory metal alloys.


Product Features

  • Adopts integrated touch screen and self-developed program control to ensure precise process and stable product quality.

  • Inner chamber is made of high-temperature alloy with full welding and strict polishing, with finish better than △6.

  • More compact structure compared with large-diameter tube furnaces; water-cooled door design ensures good sealing and easier operation.

  • Openable furnace chamber enables rapid cooling of the alloy chamber, improving experimental efficiency.

  • Alloy chamber size can be customized according to customer requirements.
