VII. Operating procedures
(1) Put the pole piece on the vacuum plate, start the power supply, turn on the vacuum, and the pole piece will be adsorbed on the vacuum plate;
(2) Place the film applicator on the pole plate and put in the coating paste;
(3) Turning on the coating, the coating device automatically pushes the film applicator to travel and apply the film automatically;
(4) Remove the film applicator and pusher, cover the heating cover, set the heating temperature and time for heating and drying;
(5) After drying, flip open the heating cover, take out the coated pole piece and reset the coating device to finish;
VIII. Maintenance methods and precautions
1. Before each work, use a soft cloth with alcohol to wipe the film coating head and body carefully to keep it clean.
2. Do not collide with the film coating head, the micro divider and other high-precision parts, hold them lightly, and adjust the micro divider symmetrically and evenly.
3. Regularly check the screws, nuts, pins and other fasteners of each part to prevent loosening and eliminate product quality accidents.
