Ultrasonic Thin Film Spray Coater for Catalyst Slurry Coating Applications




I. Equipment Process Flow

Manual feeding on the vacuum adsorption platform - The injection pump system supplies materials to the ultrasonic atomization system - Ultrasonic nozzle positioning - The spraying instrument confirms the spraying trajectory - Start spraying - The spraying system performs spraying according to the set parameters - - Coating completed - Feeding stops - Manually remove the product - The spraying process is completed.

(1) Ultrasonic atomization nozzle (10W - 30W high power & adjustable continuously, active heat dissipation, anti-block design, extremely strong no-load capacity)

(2) Ultrasonic nozzle trajectory control module, ultrasonic nozzle XYZ movement module, effective spraying area 300X300mm

(3) Vacuum suction platform (aluminum alloy material, additional heat zone area of 360X360mm, platform suction hole diameter 1mm, with 150℃ heating function)

(4) Supply system (injection pump, 50ml syringe, internal support magnetic stirring)

(5) Gas control module (gas control, vacuum control)
