I. Equipment Process Flow


Manual feeding on the vacuum adsorption platform - The injection pump system supplies materials to the ultrasonic atomization system - Ultrasonic nozzle positioning - The spraying instrument confirms the spraying trajectory - Start spraying - The spraying system performs spraying according to the set parameters - - Coating completed - Feeding stops - Manually remove the product - The spraying process is completed.

1) High-precision vacuum suction platform (Material: Aluminum alloy perforated plate, surface hardened + anodized, tabletop 600X600mm, heating zone 500×500mm)

2) Feeding system (1 set of circulating injection pump, including 2 sets of precision injection pumps)

3) Ultrasonic atomization nozzle (20W high-power fine atomization system, anti-load design, anti-blockage design)

4) Ultrasonic nozzle trajectory control module, ultrasonic nozzle XYZ movement module

5) Gas control module (gas guiding control, vacuum control)

6) Exhaust system (built-in exhaust fan in the equipment, exhaust pipe interface)


7) Nozzle auxiliary unit (laser positioning, LED observation light)
