Introduction

The rolling press is the main equipment in the continuous rolling production line. It consists of cast steel gantry frame, rolls, frequency conversion motor reducer, gas-liquid booster system, gap adjustment system, electrical control system, feeding guard plate and roll surface cleaning mechanism.

The main function is to make the electrode reach a suitable density under the rolling of the roller, and meet the pole piece thickness requirement according to the coating thickness. This equipment adopts servo to adjust the roll gap, and the line speed is adjusted by the frequency converter to realize stepless speed regulation.

3. Technical parameters

Fixture

The single clamp is divided into 32 heating plates, and there are heat insulation measures between the heating plate and the clamp. Each layer of heating board is equipped with a temperature probe, PLC can inspect the temperature probe of each layer of heating plate, and display the temperature detection value on the touch screen.

Control mode

PLC control is implemented for the equipment: it can set the heating target temperature, and the equipment can control the heating plate according to the target temperature, and timely protect and alarm when the heating plate is over temperature.

Heating temperature

The temperature control range is room temperature ~ 90 ℃, temperature control accuracy of each layer of heating plate is ± 2 ℃; the temperature rises to 60 ℃ and the temperature rise time is within 10min.

pressure control

The multi-stage pressure control is realized by the proportional valve (up to 5 sections can be set). When the input pressure of the air source reaches 0.6MPa, the maximum pressure value of each set of clamp group shall not be less than 5000kg.f; the adjustable pressure range of each set of clamp group shall be 200kg.f-5000kg.f; the pressure accuracy shall be ± 1%, and the pressure accuracy shall be ± 10kg.f when the pressure is less than 1000kg.f. Clamp connection

The hot pressing clamp adopts the four wire method to measure the current and voltage of the core, and the circuit between the clamp and the charging and discharging power supply is connected. The electrode plate is installed on the heating plate of the clamp. The heating plate clamps the battery, and realizes the quick and reliable connection between the electrode plate and the electric core electrode ear. The surface of the electrode plate is gilded and the contact with the electrode lug is guaranteed.

Fixture change

When replacing batteries with different thickness, it is not necessary to replace the pressure block.

When changing batteries with different width and size, it is necessary to manually change the specification of clear sheet paper (Mylar film).

7. Software security control:

2) Data saving format: it should be saved in its own format and mdb format, and a cell code field should be added after the cell number;

3) Overcharge protection in constant voltage stage: when the voltage exceeds the set value of overcharge protection, the flow of the channel is stopped, and the set value can be set;

4) Capacity out of tolerance protection: when the capacity of the cell exceeds a certain range, the flow of the channel will be stopped. The current setting conditions are: the capacity of the set flow * 1.35 times;

5) Battery reverse connection protection: set the initial voltage and its proportion of the cell. If the initial voltage does not reach the proportion, the upper computer will display that there is no battery and the operation process will not be carried out.

When the limit condition is reached, the system will automatically force the battery to sleep and prompt the fault in the software interface.

3. Leakage current protection: when the leakage current of more than 200mA is detected for more than three times in the working state, turn off the input power of the switching power supply.

4. Charging overvoltage protection: when the system inspects the battery during charging, when the battery voltage is higher than the upper limit voltage, the battery stops charging.

5. Discharge under voltage protection: when the system inspects the battery during battery discharge, when the battery voltage is lower than the lower limit voltage, the battery stops discharging.

6. Power down protection: in case of long-term communication interruption or PC failure, the device will automatically enter the waiting state, and continue the current process step after the communication is restored.

Data sharing

Basic configuration of the whole system

1. The temperature rise of the internal heat sink of the driving board and switching power supply on the equipment is ≤ 30 ℃, and the dissipated power of the heat sink shall be designed according to the long-term full scale (current of each channel is 20a), so as to ensure that the equipment can work stably for a long time.

2. The calibration period is 3 months. Within 3 months after equipment calibration, the voltage measurement and control accuracy of all channels shall be ≤± (0.5 ‰ FS + 0.5 ‰ RD), and the current measurement and control accuracy shall be ≤± (0.1% Rd + 0.1% FS).
