Product introduction

Working principle

1. The double-roll crusher is mainly composed of rollers, roller support bearings, pressing and adjusting devices, and driving devices, etc.

2. Adjustment of the output particle size: A wedge-shaped or pad adjusting device is installed between the two rollers. The top of the wedge-shaped device is equipped with an adjusting bolt. When the adjusting bolt pulls the wedge upward, the movable roller will be lifted away from the fixed roller, that is, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger, and the output particle size becomes larger. When the wedge is pulled downward, the movable roller will have a smaller gap under the action of the pressing spring, and the output particle size becomes smaller.

3. The driving mechanism consists of an electric motor, which is driven to the slot wheel through a V-belt to rotate the rollers in opposite directions.

4. For safety, the transmission part should be installed with a safety cover according to the actual situation.
