Equipment Features: Compact size with small footprint; provides basic encapsulation process and parameters; supports encapsulation thickness from 0.1~20mm.

 

Device Features:

5) A newly developed laboratory-specific equipment with a compact size and small footprint. Touch-based one-click operation for easy use.

6) Specialized aluminum heating plate with excellent heat conduction effect, resulting in more uniform heating surface temperature. The unique thermal insulation protection strips at the edges of the heating plate ensure no heat loss.
7) The all-over and leak-proof chassis heating design ensures uniform heating and rapid temperature rise.

8) The unique safety limit design ensures that the machine stops immediately when the cover is opened and the hand is removed from the touch screen.

9) Imported Siemens PLC and Siemens touch screen. Simple engineering mode: It can display the number of laminations, set the operator password, and independently design the heating temperature, heating time, and lamination pressure.


Main equipment configuration:

1) PLC: Siemens PLC

2) Vacuum pressure switch: Japanese SMC pressure controller

3) Vacuum pump: Silent vacuum pump (optional: imported pump/dry pump)

4) Touch screen: MCGS/Siemens touch screen

5) Control electrical appliances: Schneider

6) Foldable cooling sample table (optional)

7) Control system: Using Siemens PLC, it can automatically record the number of laminations, with a English operation interface.

8) Outer frame structure: The machine's outer frame is welded from Q235B type steel plates.

9) Heating plate structure: The heating plate is made by processing Q235B type 25mm thick plates.

10) Opening method: The opening is achieved by pneumatic back-opening type, with Yadea pneumatic cylinder.

11) Heating method: Using electric heating plate heating method.

12) Provide basic process and parameters for battery packaging.
