The LVDV-2T rotational viscometer is perfectly integrated with touchscreen technology, offering a stylish and modern high-tech solution for quickly, accurately and conveniently measuring viscosity. It is highly functional, with stepless adjustment and the ability to measure samples with extremely high viscosity.
It has 30 built-in test programs and can save 30 sets of test data. The 5-inch large color touchscreen can comprehensively and vividly display various parameters and working conditions. It has the advantages of multiple measurement parameters, rich display content, convenient operation, clear reading, high measurement accuracy, stable rotational speed, strong anti-interference performance, the ability to display shear rate and viscosity curves, and wide working voltage range. It can replace similar imported instruments.
Main charateristic:
1. Adopting ARM technology and equipped with a Linux system. The operation interface is simple and clear. Through the creation of test programs and data analysis, viscosity tests can be conducted quickly and conveniently;
2. Accurate viscosity measurement: Each range is automatically calibrated by the computer, with high precision and small error;
3. Rich display content: Besides viscosity (dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity), there are temperature, shear rate, shear stress, percentage of measurement value to full range value (graphical display), range overflow alarm, automatic scanning, maximum measurement range under the current rotor speed combination, date, time, etc. It can also display kinematic viscosity under known density, meeting different measurement requirements of users;
4. Complete functions: Timed measurement, self-creation of 30 test programs, access to 30 sets of measurement data, real-time display of viscosity curves, printing of data and curves, etc.;

The torque of the hairspring, the shape of the rotor, the speed, and the measurement range of viscosity are all the same as those of the imported type of viscosity meter. The measured viscosity data and other information have a good comparability with those of the imported similar instruments.
It is widely applied in industries such as paints, coatings, cosmetics, inks, pulp, food, oil products, starch, solvent-based adhesives, latex, biochemical products, etc., as well as in samples that require heating and melting, such as paraffin, polyethylene wax, rosin, asphalt, hot melt adhesives, etc.

1. Enhanced Ultra-Low Viscosity Adapter (ULR without circulation jacket or ULR plus with circulation water jacket)
Designed specifically for low-viscosity fluid measurement, it offers two specifications: jacketed type and non-jacketed type. The minimum detection limit is up to 1cP, and this range depends on the model of the viscosity meter used.

6. data processing software
By setting the measurement parameters of the viscometer through the computer, the rheological curve showing the shear rate and viscosity can be displayed.
The X-axis represents the shear rate, and the Y-axis represents the viscosity.
