3.11, System safety monitoring protection device: Safety protection complies with EC health & safety directive; provides high-temperature control, microwave leakage safety guarantee; furnace door equipped with an electronic lock, the furnace door automatically locks during the experiment, cannot be manually interrupted (opening the door), if the experiment is forcibly interrupted, the system will alarm and prompt, the experiment is invalidated, to prevent interference from human factors to the test results.

3.12, Water cooling system is configured, for the key components of the equipment to cool, ensuring the equipment can be used for a long time continuously and significantly enhancing the service life.

3.13, Insulation module uses customized microwave-specific high-purity solidified polycrystalline ceramic fiber insulation material combined with special hard constant temperature module to ensure uniform and controllable temperature field in the heating zone, can fully prevent ash and oil pollution, reduce the impact on the ashing result.
