Vacuum system: High power mechanical pump pumping rate can reach 90m3/h, the ultimate pressure can reach 5*10-1Pa.

Equipment advantages: nitrogen can be filled to maintain pressure, the holding value and holding time can be set, the pumping speed and pressure relief speed can be controlled, and the whole process can be protected by nitrogen.
