Equipment Overview
This is a precision heat treatment equipment for metal joining in high vacuum or protective atmosphere. It enables the brazing filler metal to melt and wet the base material through oxygen-free heating, forming a high-strength metallurgical bond. It is widely used for high-end metal welding in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, refrigeration, power electronics and other industries.
Product Features
Vacuum System: Mechanical pump + molecular pump, providing high vacuum to ensure an oxygen-free environment.
Heating System: Molybdenum heating elements, with a maximum temperature of 1550℃.
Cooling System: Gas (N₂/Ar) assisted rapid cooling (20℃/min) or programmed cooling to avoid grain coarsening.
Pressure Control: Optional partial pressure control (0.1~1000 Pa) to meet different vapor pressure requirements of brazing fillers.
