A. Introduction:
The stainless steel vacuum glove box is a laboratory equipment that achieves a high-purity, dry oxygen environment by repeatedly evacuating the vacuum and replacing it with high-purity inert gas inside the box. It is also known as a glove box, an inert gas protection box, or a drying box, etc.
B. Working Principle:
The stainless steel vacuum glove box is mainly composed of the main box body and the base. If the user has any special requirements, it can also be designed or modified according to the needs. There are two glove operation interfaces on the box body. The front of the operation box is tempered glass, providing a wide and unobstructed view. The operator can clearly observe the operation process inside the box, making the operation process more intuitively presented before the operator's eyes. There are two vacuum ball valves on the box body, which can be used according to the user's needs. The inner and outer parts of the ball valve are equipped with water inlets for water supply or air supply when necessary. The box body is equipped with a lighting bulb and a multi-hole socket.
The main purpose of water removal in the glove box is to achieve it through manual vacuuming by sending the air from the heating fan into the glove box for circulation.
C. Features:
1. The entire box is made of stainless steel and is reinforced, making it sturdy, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
2. The front of the operation box is tempered glass, providing a wide and unobstructed view.
3. The box is equipped with a lighting lamp and multiple socket outlets, allowing for local heating or humidification using an electric stove.

6. The two doors of the transition chamber solve the problem of repeatedly evacuating the main box.
7. After evacuating the vacuum, high-purity inert gas can be filled into the box.
