II. Equipment Scope and Function

1) Equipment Application Scope:

Mainly used for cell formation and capacity grading. It is suitable for specific cell types (cell size drawings provided by the user,such as 100 Ah, 106 Ah & 173 Ah).

 

2) Supported Test Functions:

Constant current charging, constant currentconstant voltage charging, constant current discharging, resting, etc.

Energy Feedback System

Uses energy-saving DC-DC (14V5V) step-down chip technology with synchronous rectification; output efficiency up to 90%, reducing workshop temperature.

 

During discharge, DC-DC technology is adopted. The battery voltage is boosted to DC 15V, then converted from DC (15V) to AC (220V) and fed back to the power grid. Compared with traditional discharge methods that generate significant heat, this DC-AC energy recovery system recycles battery energy and improves the workshop thermal environment.
