Product Introduction

   Zirconium oxide balls are also known as zirconium oxide grinding balls, zirconium oxide ceramic balls, zirconium beads, ultra-fine grinding media, zirconium microbeads, zirconium grinding balls. They have a pearl-like luster and a smooth working surface, and are widely used as grinding media.

Product features

At normal temperature, it has high strength, high toughness, high density, good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high rigidity, non-magnetic property, electrical insulation, and a thermal expansion coefficient close to that of steel. Advantages: At 600℃, the strength and hardness of yttrium-stabilized TZP zirconia ceramic microbeads remain the same as before.

1. High grinding efficiency: The specific gravity of yttrium-stabilized TZP zirconia ceramic microbeads is 1.6 times that of ordinary zirconia beads, and under the same conditions, it has higher grinding efficiency.
