A. Overview
Planetary ball mills are essential equipment for mixing, fine grinding, small sample preparation, dispersion of nanomaterials, new product development and small-batch production of high-tech materials. This product is compact in size, fully functional, highly efficient and low in noise. It is an ideal device for research institutions, universities and enterprise laboratories to obtain micro-particle research samples (four samples can be obtained simultaneously in each experiment). When equipped with a vacuum ball mill jar, it can grind samples under vacuum conditions. It is widely applied in departments such as geology, mineral resources, metallurgy, electronics, building materials, ceramics, chemical engineering, light industry, beauty, and environmental protection. The rotational speed, alternating forward and reverse rotation time, and total grinding time can be set according to the process requirements.
B. Working principle
A ball mill jar is installed on a turntable. When the turntable rotates, the ball mill jar not only revolves around the main axis of the turntable but also performs a planetary self-rotation motion in the opposite direction around its own axis. The grinding balls and materials in the jar collide, shear and rub against each other during high-speed movement, achieving the purpose of crushing, grinding, mixing and dispersing the materials. It can rapidly grind samples in a short time, with a self-rotation speed of up to 1620r/min. It can increase the impact force and shear force on various materials during the milling process to synthesize particles with unique structures, significantly improving the performance of materials and achieving better mechanical alloying and other processes. This equipment can grind various solid particles, suspensions and pastes of different particle sizes and materials by both dry and wet methods. The minimum particle size of the ground products can be as low as 0.1 microns.

D. Product features
1. The equipment features professional appearance design. The shell is made by high-precision laser cutting and CNC bending, presenting a generous, exquisite, high-end and stable appearance.
2. The planetary disk and structural components are processed by CNC machining technology and undergo nitriding metal heat treatment to ensure that the rotating shaft parts are wear-resistant and prevent shaft breakage. The transmission gears are made of high-temperature and wear-resistant non-metallic and metal combined precision gears, and are lubricated by liquid oil immersion in the gearbox, which is safe and reliable, has low noise, no pollution and low loss.
3. Equipped with an induction light device: The work light is controlled by an infrared human body sensor. It turns on when people come and off when they leave, which is both convenient and energy-saving.
4. The ball milling jar adopts planetary motion, featuring high grinding efficiency and fine particle size.
5. The frequency converter is equipped with undervoltage and overcurrent protection, which can protect electrical components such as motors.
6. The machine cover adopts a hydraulic support pole lifting type. The normal operation of the equipment and the personal safety of the operator are ensured through electromagnetic safety locks and pin-type limit switches.
7. The window glass is made of double-layer vacuum tempered glass, which not only reduces noise and sound but also ensures personal safety. Sound-absorbing cotton is embedded inside the ball milling chamber.
8. The electrical control section is designed with independent control box-mounted equipment. Five sets of exhaust fans are used for forced ventilation and heat dissipation, forming an internal circulation cooling system with one intake and one exhaust.
